What we need
Sharon Eggers will hold the personal data you provide. The nature of personal data I collect will include your name address phone number and email address.
Why it is required
Your basic data information is required for contact purposes. To enable communication you with regard to your appointments, notice of cancellations, your next appointment, etc.
What I do with your personal data
The law requires your basic personal data; name address and contact details, to be held for a minimum of seven years from your last appointment. Your information will then be destroyed.
No third parties have access to your personal data. Sharon Eggers is the sole processor the personal data you provide. A data protection practice secures the processing of your personal information.
Your Data Protection Rights
If you believe information held about you is not correct, you can request to correct or delete this information. Should you have a complaint on the handling of your personal data, you can contact the Data Protection Controller, (Sharon Eggers) and your complaint will be investigated.
If you deem the response unsatisfactory and not in accordance with the law, you may contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
